After 19 days my order has not left…
After 19 days my order has not left Hong Kong yet. Like Derek said in his review, there was no indication of delays at time of placing order and just to rub salt in the wound, they keep asking how I am enjoying the product and asking for a review, well now I have given my review.

No indication that the order could take…
No indication that the order could take a month to deliver. Made worse by 17 irritating emails hoping that I was enjoying using their product!

Shipping Is Terrible
Shipping is terrible. USPS shipping label was created on 1/31/2022 and as of 2/5/2022 the goods have not been given to USPS for shipment. The emails from Kore regarding my order do not even address what I asked them.

Unreliable
After a long wait finally received my Kore 2.0. Sailed through charging, pairing, etc. was asked to update which I did. However the update got stuck at 40% and would not advance anymore even though Bluetooth remained on and watch right beside my phone. Gave up after an hour for it to move on but it never did. Tried every which way since to get it going but it won’t budge. Screen remains frozen just showing the serial number with a narrowed circle below it and letters UI beneath the circle. Am disappointed and feel this watch is faulty or I’m doing something wrong. I’d happily accept a refund at this stage as my experience is not worth the hassle. I am continually trying to contact this company by email, etc but only get a generic reply each time. Update-keep getting emails which are all the same about non delivery. I have told them several times that the watch and bands were delivered this week and would like a full refund because the product does not work. Of course these seem to be generic messages which have nothing to do with my request for a refund. I really cannot understand a company with such enticing advertising can still be in business.
