My kore 2.0 is stuck on UI screen and there are no instructions on how to get it to work.

Took a month to arrive, 3 weeks later the screen is broken. Can't use it as it now has black lines through it. I expected a lot based on the reviews, but its a rubbish product and customer service can only reply that my watch has been delivered! Update: After seeing my review they reached out and offered a replacement. Surprise surprise, that was another load of rubbish. Despite repeated emails they have not responded or supplied a new tracking number for this phantom replacement. Waited home all day for a courier to collect the old watch, as they told me they had booked this, again more lies form this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do not purchase any products for this company, I purchased a watch and when I got it the watch would continuously flash and was advised of how to fix it but no one would stay of the chat until I tried it, they just saying the way they are telling to fix the problem would work but not it did not, when I went back to try and chat to someone I could only sent them a message and then did not get an answer for over 2 months.

I was bought a Kore 2.0 as a gift. Functions on the app did not work as intended and the divce would continously freeze when I tried to update the watch firmware. I tried to use the steps on the website to fix this (unpaired the device, reinstalled the app), unfortunately I now can't connect the watch to the app at all, and the watch is stuck on the QR screen. I've attempted to contact the company twice about both of the issues above, and been stuck in an endless loop of generic emails. In one case, after weeks of generic emails they sent me two different emails from two different agents asking me to let them know if I still needed help, I responded to one saying yes and then they just cancelled my ticket. The customer service is absolutely shocking, and I now have a completly useless device. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered 2 watches on Jan 15. My credit card was charged immediately. I have received no watches to date, and have received no word from the company.

Kore 2.0 Watch Purchased as a present for me on 11 December 2021. Now two months on and during a firmware update the screen on the watch froze along with the app showing 36%. Having unpaired the watch, it will not pair , not charge and screen on watch remains blank. I have sent two contact forms asking for support but no response. I have no faith in this product or company. Avoid at all costs! Still being unable to access the device, I was asked to carry out a reset. There seems to be an inability to understand that the device does not work. Too many people dealing with my problem to have an effective resolve. Wish I had read the reviews before purchase was made. Update: After many emails sent to the so called Customer Care team with some really nonsensical responses, they still fail to recognise that my device is defective and unable to gain access to perform a reset. I have asked for a refund twice with the generic response of confirming the order date and hope I am enjoying the purchase. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they do not care about the customer!

Real problems with this site over 1 month ago I ordered and paid for one of their fitness watches despite numerous emails I still do not have it. It is nearly impossible to even get a half sensible response from them when you email requesting a date I could expect it’s delivery. The only reply is they do not have any details when it will be dispatched. This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had and sounds like a company in trouble.

Kore health continues to send me the same bs emails the last one said reset your watch duhhhh how can I reset a watch that won't charge kiss it back to health I have had nothing but the runaround from this company and then they send block emails that prove that they never even read the response Chinese junk watch and even worse customer service
