I had an issue with a post office non delivery mixup. The service personnel were very helpful and pleasant in helping me. When I first heard about the Kore 2.0 smartwatch, I was intrigued. For the price, I had little to lose by giving it a try. As a 72 year old retired nurse, I was particularly interested in the sleep analysis, SaO2 and temperature functions. My only basis for comparison is my Fitbit Charge 3. I am thrilled by my Kore 2.0 smartwatch. It has increased functionality and the displays are layer out beautifully. They’re larger, appear more accurate and are easier to read. I am so happy I got one. Had a bit of a hiccup with delivery, but don’t fault KoreHealth for that. I did contact customer service about it and found the folks I corresponded with to follow up right away. They were kind, caring and I felt heard. I was recognized as an individual. That doesn’t happen so very often. Thank you for inviting me to write a review.
