I never received my order from an April purchase. They won’t reorder for me or give me a refund!!!!

Awful, avoid at all costs. Sent me something completely different to what I ordered and then offered 25% off my next order. Genuinely verging on fraudulent. Please please avoid

Customer Support/Service Josie exchanged a few emails then stopped responding and never followed through. I never got my product replacement. This company is a total scam.

Don’t buy these products. Avoid this company — it’s spam. All the products are made in China, yet they present themselves as a Korean skincare brand. The products look cheap, packaged in plastic bottles and plain white boxes, nothing like what is shown on their website. It feels like buying from Temu or Shein.

Scam company. Do not buy. The products do not work as advertised and they do not honor the 60 day guarantee posted on the website. Finally gave up negotiating with them after the promised refund didn’t happen and opened a credit card dispute.

This comany hasn't even dlivered my packages to different home addressesl've also refused items from them aswell. I've emailed them thry had the nerve to tell me to wait
