Ordered a product beginning of the year and never arrived. I don’t usually fall for scam brands but their instagram looks legit! Always read reviews before ordering online! Shame on you Korean Skin Therapy I hope you get closed down

absolutely appalling customer service. My package was returned to the sender despite the address being 100% correct. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get an explanation or some form of assistance, and every single one has been ignored. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to respond to paying customers is inexcusable. If this is how they treat customers once they’ve taken your money, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this compamy.

I’ve had the most unpleasant experience with an online order, ever. It has now been 2 1/2 months since originally placing my order, which I have never received. At least customer service was kind enough to reply, but these responses were unacceptable. First, 1 1/2 months into the process. I was notified - - upon inquiring, that they are “already preparing” to send me another order since the original one hasn’t reached me. Then, when I mentioned that I’m contemplating requesting a refund since it’s now been 2 1/2 months, they have simply canceled my order (without me deciding on this) and now the refund should be processing. Quite curious if it will ever reach me or if further action may be needed. Unacceptable and highly unrecommended.

The wrinkles are still the same, nothing has changed. I use it twice a day. I had expected much more from it, so I don't think I stand a chance with this review.

Do not buy from this company. The products are not make in Korea, they are made in China!!!! They will not refund your money even if you are not satisfied with the products and every email interaction screams scam.

This company is awful! I recieved nothing of what I ordered on there website was all cheap packaging. When questioned they asked me to return at my own cost! I then tired to charge back via my bank which again i miss the dead line as they waiting untill the last day to respond and i was away! I emailed again with nothing but lies from them selfs saying the items where correct so now am seeking on how to take it furter! I spend a lot of money to be cheated out of it if i can upload pictures of what i order/recieved/and the convo i would to warn anyone thinking from ordwring of here

When I opened the package the foundation stick was broken. The top fell off. I want my money back. Emileen Butler
