I have order more than 2 weeks and I haven't receive my product. I emailed and they say they can't find my package even when I send them.tje tracking number. I would like a refund

It's been 28 days since I placed my order, and still no delivery. Apparently the product ships from China??. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

This went straight into the bin. The packaging looked cheap, there was no company name, address or contact details, manufacturing location or website referenced on the external or bottle packaging. I couldn't even get into the bottle with the included cheap plastic syringe. I don't trust that the ingredients are genuine. Tracking did not say where the package originated from.

i have not recieved my order??

I ordered two ampoules and one arrived crushed. I sent a picture with my situation and they said they would replace it. They never replaced it and every time I email them asking about the status and where my product isthey ignore me and don't respond. Very frustrating and unfortunate.

Items are missing from my order, no response to my numerous chasing emails. No phone number to call. no refund given. Wish I had never ordered from this company. Don't get scammed like me. Terrible company!

Lifting serum does absolutely nothing! Don’t waste your time or money!!

I received this product recently. Upon opening i noticed this product is just a very watery milky substance. This is not as portrayed. Upon researching, I read the reviews with the same complaints. It is said to be a collagen serum. No serum i have ever used has the texture of water. Clearly this is false advertising. In addition to that, the return policy is horrible they charge a repacking fee as well as deduct for shipping. It states if the item is open it is not eligible for a return. How are you supposed to review something that you don't open! Morally to the story is ALWAYS check out ALL the reviews and return policies. Shame on me! If I could have give a -0 review, I would have. For now i am just going to make a mention to the BBB.
