Very disappointing customer service – completely lost faith in this company! I received an incorrect product that looked nothing like what I had ordered or what was advertised. The packaging was also very cheap-looking, which has left me questioning the quality and authenticity of the other products I purchased. I have now sent approximately four emails to the company, including photographs clearly showing the incorrect product, and I am still waiting for a response. I genuinely feel as though I have been ghosted. Once they have your money, it seems impossible to get anyone to respond when there is a problem. I spent a considerable amount of money on these products and have now completely lost confidence in both the company and what they are selling. Extremely disappointing customer service. All I want is for someone to acknowledge my complaint and arrange a refund. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

I haven’t received my order yet and I’m tired of waiting. I want my money back. Please, this is not fair, to have to wait this long .

I AM STILL WAITING ON THE ORDER. IT HAS BEEN AT LEAST THREE WEEKS. I HAVE NOR RECEIVED ANT DATES WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE THIS IS THE FIRST CORRESPONDENT SINCE ORDERING.
