SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I would also give ZERO stars if I could! Products arrived very late in cheap plastic packaging, with random branding names and do not look anything like as advertised! The products themselves are watery and crap! I Immediately contacted their customer services to complain, also knowing I had a 60 full refund deal! It took them 2 months to respond!!! They now keep moving their “policy” goal post at first sighting I could have a full refund, but then all of sudden changing minds to say that I would only be refunded 30% or I’d have to pay to return their clearly cheap counterfeit knock off products to even be refunded! I am still going back and forth with them and have informed them that they have totally violated UK consumer rights by sending counterfeit products and they are still refusing to refund me! I think the police and authorities will need to get involved and investigate this scam artist company!

Don't buy product from this site. I get something not like what i order. So fake and even i dont dare to use the product that i bought. It is not korean skincare i got as i bought but something from China product. I really regret to order by this site.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. The products I received were completely different from what was advertised on their website — different packaging, different branding, and no proper ingredient labeling. This is especially concerning for skincare products. When I contacted customer support, they refused to take responsibility and asked me to return the items at my own expense (international shipping), while also deducting a restocking fee and not refunding the original shipping costs. This is unacceptable, especially since the issue is clearly due to misleading product descriptions. In the EU, consumers are entitled to a full refund when goods are not as described, without additional costs. Overall, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this company.

Now that I actually need to use it due to their product's poor quality, they claim they’ve "changed their policy" and are refusing to give me my money back, they are forcing me to choose between keeping a product that literally harmed my skin for a tiny 30% refund, or paying a $10 "restocking fee" to return a defective item.It is completely unethical to change a return policy after a customer has already bought the item. This company does not stand behind their products and clearly does not care about customer safety or satisfaction. Save your money and your skin—shop elsewhere!

Bought the collagen ampules which went straight in the bin. Took ages to arrive and are total rubbish. Arrived in an envelope wrapped in a bit of plastic and no branded packaging. The lid broke straightaway, and the product itself just left a film on the skin. Threw it in the bin as Christ knows what’s in them. No information about active ingredients, a total waste of money. Amazingly the company asked me to leave a review, so here it is! PLEASE don’t fall for Instagram adverts with influencers wowed by a product without reading reviews first. Stick with a trusted brand and read what beauty journalists and trusted influencers have to say about it before parting with your money.
