Had a major issue/bug with a booking rescheduling link, and the company was on it promptly, even over the weekend. Very impressive (b/c I thought they'd just get back to us on the next business day)! But also, this is completely in line with their simple, "just do what it says on the tin" branding. Koalendar is extremely simple, streamlined, & intuitive to use. It doesn't have bloat, and it offers unique strengths (e.g. "get approval first" for calendar bookings - neither Google nor Calendly does this). But also, they make frequent updates & give us features we actually ask for (!!) - and the team is human & responsive. Finally, it's cheaper than the other guys. We started using Koalendar just a while ago and everyone loves it. Thank you to the whole team again!

I am using the free version and it is stellar! Ran into a small issue, reached out to support and got a response within a few hours ... on a Friday afternoon no less.

Ik heb meerdere programma’s geprobeerd waarmee mensen online een afspraak met mij kunnen inplannen. Telkens liep ik tegen problemen aan. Of er was geen optie om te betalen met iDEAL (in woon in Nederland), of MS Teams kon niet gekoppeld worden, of het programma werkte gewoon verschrikkelijk. Ik werk nu een tijdje met Koalendar en ben zeer tevreden. Het werkt zeer intuïtief, ziet er goed uit en de support is geweldig. Alle opties werken zoals het hoort. Zelfs als ik meerdere pagina’s aanmaak, dan blokkeert hij automatisch een geboekt tijdslot in elke kalender. Super!

I've just joined up with koalander for my beauty business and I'm currently only on a trial but the customer service has been amazing! Questions answered right away! Big thanks to Mathew who has given us lots of support! The site it's self is also easy to use with anything were unsure about being answered right away! Will definitely be staying with koaleder once the trial us up! Thank you!
