Jason bracht is a big time rip off I order one thing get fake stuff from him I suggest no one order from this guy he just another crack head trying to rip off ppls hard earned cash.

These guys NEVER answer their customer support emails, when I tracked done Jason Bracht at his personal Facebook page the longest response I got from him was him giving me crap for sending him msgs at 10pm at night. You can send a dozen emails and they wont respond. They sent me the wrong product once and just ignored me after. Sick of dealing with these guys. Dont order from them!!! I still have an outstanding order I dont know id will be sent or refunded.

Hello, I recently made a purchase of several different items from this company. They mailed everything but two of the items. This was several months ago and I have had only one email in reference to the two missing items. They told me that one of the items was on backorder and if I wanted a substitute or to wait. I told him I would like to wait. I have never heard back from them. And that still leaves the other item that was missing. I have try to communicate with them repeatedly however to no avail. I keep getting emails from them wanting me to buy more things though. LOL. It sure would be nice to find a legit company for certain things. Maybe one day the people who pocket the money will step up and make it actually nice experience to purchase items from the site. Or maybe not. Still waiting on my two items. Maybe I should reference the order number now. Like that would do any good. Thank you for taking the time to read. Good luck!
