Knock Knock, its a scam
Dear Knock Knock Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order placed with your company. On March 12, 2024, I purchased a Spiderman Hoodie worth 613.95 INR from your online store. However, despite the considerable time that has passed since my purchase, I have yet to receive the item. What exacerbates the situation further is the complete lack of communication from your end. I have not received a single email or notification regarding the status of my order since the moment of purchase. This lack of transparency and failure to provide updates is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the level of service your company provides. I would like to request immediate action to rectify this issue. I demand prompt shipping of the Spiderman Hoodie that I have already paid for. Additionally, I urge you to improve your customer service procedures to ensure that such oversights do not occur in the future. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint further and seek alternative methods of recourse. Please acknowledge receipt of this email and provide an update on the status of my order at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution. Sincerely, Vinay Vichare 9619726555 |
