I was skeptical at first knowing there are so many of these businesses... I reached out before I purchased and got all my questions answered to my satisfaction. That's what impressed me at first, just so I know what I'm going into. Although delayed during the COVID-19, I got a small discount for that inconvenience which was so cool and not expected what so ever.... Once I received them I understand what I was buying and was a bit frustrated. Turns out, I just didn't know how to use them and needed to be a bit easier on them. I reached out to their team (again) and got a response of how to better handle them within 24 hours. Overall, I've dealt with other big brand companies and this is by far up to par, for what they are offer.

Ordered the KP1 pro. Excellent customer service, needed to get in touch. Desmond had replied within 24hr and within 48hr everything had been sorted! Thank!

I had a pair of i12 TWS and I received them May of 2019. They were stolen about two months ago which means sometime in December. They were working perfectly and had absolutely no problems. Some products might have defects but that's only natural. There is a high chance you'll be highly satisfied. The headphones lasted over half a year and neither of them were getting quiet or stuttery.

To all the nobodies who post here. Trustpilot.....and your opinion is worth nothing. Even APPLE is rated "bad" on Trustpilot. Its nothing but a disgusting pit of complainers and wingers and children. Nobody comes to Trustpilot to say "oh my product is wonderful" because they are already too busy enjoying their product. Kids and natural complainers only come to Trustpilot to whinge and moan about everything. The fact that APPLE is rated "Bad" on Trustpilot just goes to show any review on here is worthless and has no value. Just a bunch of children screaming and whinging they didn't get their way.

I've had my knockies for a week now and I love them! the bass is just as good as the real airpods and the battery doesn't drain quickly. their customer service is fast and they help you well with your problems. They came in a week Early. highly recommended!

Knockies is a great place to buy from and they are not a scam. Everyone complaining about the shipping but it’s because they have to have enough for a load to ship to usps, then, usps has to have enough to a send out a load to you. I have always gotten good things from Knockies and they have a amazing help desk. Also another complaint people have is only one connect. Read first, some of them depend on the other headphone (I10 TWS)

This companys service was not great at first but it jas come a long way. They have finally started making their own products and the earbuds are alot better now. I ordered a pair of earbuds and they shipped un 3 days. This is one hundred percent my go to place for airpods clones for friends from now on
