Refreshingly quick and transparent response
I reached out to Knobbe Martens (at their webite's contact inquiry email not sure which office it is attached to) about a potential engagement outside their core focus area. Even though it wasn't the right fit, I received a clear, thoughtful, and prompt response letting me know along with a genuinely helpful pointer toward the right type of firm for my needs. In a world where a lot of inquiries go unanswered, that kind of honest, timely communication stood out. Would gladly reach out to them again for the right matter.
