KNIVES ETCETERA®Reviews of knivesetcetera.com

Not only beautiful cutlery, but wonderfully sharp and a joy to use.

I can not say enough positive things about Knives Et Cetera: the quality of their knives and their customer service. I like to think of myself as a decent home cook, and one who values a well made knife, for the experience and joy of working with her tools in her kitchen and how it feels, the design, balance of weight as well as the functionality. All of my knives (and I got ALL of them) provide exactly that... incredible, high quality experiences... elevating my time spent in my kitchen. Theo, the founder of the company was always prompt with my emails, and going above and beyond with letting me know when a shipment would be late. Considering their business philosophy and practice, I found myself appreciating how my investment in them, might trickle down to the person in partnership with them. Great company. Great knives. Amazing customer service. Incredible Value. (and, they look pretty sexy on my counter too) Thank you!!!! -Julia A (Napa, CA)

Quality and Excellence In Each Piece Purchased ! Fit Your Hand Like A Glove and Does Your Job Well! Totally Love All My Knives I’ve Bought and Proud of Their Looks as Well

The customer service is great. I sent an email with my questions and got reply within an hour. All my questions were answered in very polite manner.

Knives are beautiful and arrived sooner than expected. They are wonderful additions to my kitchen and the magnetic stand is somwthing I am happy I purchased.

We’ve been using our knives for over a week now and they are wonderful! The thinner edge makes an incredibly sharp knife, perfectly balanced and beautiful to look at. They cut through a tomato without any pressure at all. We have all cut ourselves at least once (usually because the points are super sharp) so just be more aware when you use them. We have the 5” utility, the Chefs knife, the Santoku and the boning knife.

I originally had written a review that the knives were great but the magnet board was not. I just thought that’s how it was made so no sense in asking for a new one, however did leave it in the review. Without me having to ask for a new one they just sent it. I received it and it works great, just a mistake which I understand happens. Bottom line is I love the knives and even more than that appreciate the level of customer service, thank you.

Love these knives!! They are beautiful and perfectly sharp. I’ve never had such beautiful, functional knives
