Good products and excellent customer…
Good products and excellent customer service. I had what I thought was problem with the magnetic knife stand. Turned out it was my problem and not with the product. Nevertheless the customer service team responded within 1 day with an offer for a free replacement. Once I identified there was no problem they immediately responded and turned off the replacement. …. The whetstone is awesome and simply following the directions results in brag worthy sharpness.

Excellent birthday gift & customer service
Purchased a knife as a birthday gift for my brother and he loves it! He really enjoys cooking and says that the quality is awesome. The customer service was also super impressive. Despite the loss of inventory of the specific knife that I wanted, they reached out to me and offered to send a different kind of knife and then also gave me a partial refund and was just super responsive and understanding! Will definitely purchase from here again!
