Received a bed frame from this compajy a month ago. UPS tore up the box and a piece was missing so we reached out for a replacement. Knickerbocker actually has people that answer the phone and respond to emails old school. We got our part shipped at no charge and the frame is perfect. It’s rare that a place still makes there own products and stands behind them.

I received a King sized Knickerbocker Engauge Bed Frame directly from the company in a badly torn box from UPS that I thought would fit my King sized Costco Stearns & Foster Hybrid Soft Mattress. The frame does not fit the mattress. I was told this is a mattress issue by Knickerbocker, and that they had never encountered this problem before with Stearns & Foster. I was also told by them I could return it, but I would need to cover the return cost, which they estimated to be $100. The true estimate is between $230-$340, which would either be just shy of or even several dollars over the price of the bed frame itself. I hope that someone else can learn from my experience with Knickerbocker.

Customer service is atrocious. They will sell you a bedframe but that's about it. Left a dozen emails and they never got back. Great bed frames but if you are having issues with the frame you're out of luck cz customer service isn't gonna help you.
