I was using free hosting, which was very low about 100MB. But performance of that free package was amazing. I'm pretty sure that others premium package will more efficient and fastest then free one. I recommended this will be best choice for your niche site or professional blogging.

Kloud51 is one of the best VPS provider i tried. The support was the best. They reply within minutes. i availed a 1024MB vps and it ran 3-4 TE. The only bad thing i experience was this VNC error i'm getting when logging in to my vps.
Response from Kloud51Apr 11, 2016
The VNC error could be because of running many CPU/RAM Consuming applications such as browsers, it happens when there's not much of resource available for Remote Desktop Server (XRDP) or VNC to allocate. Usually that issue can be resolved by minimizing the usage for a temporary period of time. We're glad that you found our support "best". Thank you for your kind feedback about Kloud51 services. Your feedback helps us to build much better Kloud51 and a better service.

After trying a number of providers and never quite getting it right, I discovered Kloud51 and have not had cause to look elsewhere. I use their vps they are just stable and fast . They perform well, the monitoring systems are superb and the platform is very reliable.
