Great to know you have a good experience with us. Your machine were on pending due to have not allowed characters in their hostname such as "@". VPS hostname must be like a domain or FQDN. The VNC error could be because of running many CPU/RAM Consuming applications such as browsers, it happens when there's not much of resource available for Remote Desktop Server (XRDP) or VNC to allocate. Usually that issue can be resolved by minimizing the usage for a temporary period of time. We're glad that you found our support "best". Thank you for your kind feedback about Kloud51 services. For running traffic exchange systems or CPU intensive jobs, we always recommend using SSD VPS 1024 plan that comes with 2 CPU cores which uses distributed computing power and works much better.
