Kit has been fairly easy to use - but if I have questions the customer service is great. And recommendations really helps me grow my subscribers.

Kit has been a blessing for the creators, reaching out to the customers and leads equally. The UI is one of the best, and it keeps improving. The more features you use, the easier it gets, and it may encompass the features which are user friendly.

Easy to use. Great support when I ask questions. Love the newsletter and free webinars! I continue to gain new subscribers. In a short time created a pop up, landing pages, email sequences and a product.

As an indie self-published author trying to get my works out to my readers, the platform KIT has helped to reach my small but growing audience. That KIT has kindly let me have a free account to get started is just icing on the cake. If I ever leave my free limit, I will remain with the organisation because loyalty matters the most to me. If you are just starting on your own journey, this is the platform for anyone to use. I highly recommend it.

Kit is by far my favorite email marketing platform, and I've used them all (or most, anyway!) for my clients. I love that Kit uses technology in a way that creates more personalized experiences. The interface is easy and intuitive to use, the features are all awesome, usable, and make sense together, the app integrations are fantastic and work well, and best of all, their customer service is top-notch. They really listen to their customers and it makes a huge difference. I always recommend Kit and will keep doing so!

So glad I switched to Kit. I was with Active Campaign for 5 years but made the switch to Kit and I'm so glad I did. The interface is so easy to use, the service is amazing and super responsive. The AI chat is unparalleled, it's so accurate and even remembers my questions and sends updates to products based on what I asked months ago.

Great program, and I’ve tried them all! My ABSOLUTE favorite was Ace Of Sales when it was developed around 2008, but it eliminates some of its really cool features for keeping in contact with customers in multiple ways, changed its branding to compete with all the other email services…and went away. Started with ConvertKit after a recommendation from a friend, and have converted not only my database but the database for the non-profit my wife and I started 18 years ago. Best of all, everyone that has responded says the communication they receive looks great on their computer or mobile device. You can have the most compelling content ever - but if it looks like garbage, has too much text or isn’t mobile-responsive, nobody’s going to read it. Great job, Kit!! Much continued success!!
