Poor customer service
When companies offer a repeat service, it's normal to inform the customer that their order is being processed, thereby giving the customer a chance to skip or cancel. This company takes your money and then tells you about your order! No time to skip/cancel. On-line chat didn't respond for over 3hrs by which time order had been despatched. NOT good enough. Have cancelled subscription. You have been warned.
