Consistency is key
I received the Ozone High Frequency Device, but unfortunately the hair wand arrived broken. I contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly and sent me a replacement device, which I really appreciated. The glass wands do feel a bit flimsy when in use, especially the hair attachment but they still function properly. I’ve been using the device for about two months now, and while I haven’t seen a dramatic transformation, I do like how my skin looks overall. The texture has improved, and using it three times a week has become part of my routine. At the very least, it feels like I’m doing something positive for my skin health. I’ve noticed a more significant difference in my hair, particularly in terms of volume and thickness. That said, I do follow a full hair care routine and use other products, including microneedling, so it’s hard to attribute all the results solely to the ozone device. I plan to keep using it regularly, as consistency is key… hopefully the glass wands hold up over time.
