Incompetent
Incompetent, can't tell if an item is in the box or not before shipping. Ordered an expedited turquoise necklace with $25+ shipping. Package arrived a few days later but to my surprise the box was empty. What fool packages an empty box and sends it off with nothing, zero, nada in it. They must hire some real winners in the shipping department. So after my bewildered contact to this place, the "replacement" to the invisible content to the box is supposed to arrive today/tomorrow. However bringing the additional shipping cost to their attention they basically shrugged their shoulders at it and said "there's nothing we can do about it". I can't say enough four letter words about this experience and the way this was all handled by this outfit.
