Bought a necklace from them, paid for shipping insurance. The package got lost, their shipping insurance didn't cover it, and King Ice didn't do anything either. I am out $130. Do not do business with this company.

Bought a chain and a bracelet which neither came and had no response about a refund or a refund for the customs charge. Terrible company

This is total garbage. The gold plating comes off almost instantly. Wasted way too much money on this. Quality is not there. In closing don't do it!

I bought 12mm Iced Miami Cuban Link Bracelet white gold and within less than a month, it started tarnishing. While it didn’t state tarnish resistant, (I missed that part), The customer service was horrible. Basically, they said there was nothing they could do for me. I figured while spending a lot for an item it would at least not tarnish within 30 days. Do not buy from this company!

Terrible. I bought a 'silver' necklace from them that was pricey. Within a month, the 'silver' from the necklace had completely rubbed off, even though I only wore it a few times, and never in the water. On the website it claims to have a 'life-time warranty', but when I spoke to them to ask what can be done, they simply stated 'tarnishing is not covered under the warranty'. I wish I could upload a photo, as my now 'silver' necklace is completely orange. Stay away people!

They are a scam.

I purchased from this company twice. The first purchase I was supposed to receive a discount code to use for 10 percent off, which I didn’t receive till after I made my purchase. I spent over $150 so I received free shipping, but when I calculated my total, they added $21.20 in shipping charges! So I proceeded to contact customer service, it said they were gone for the evening and I’ll be contacted the following day. No one contacted me EVER about my issues and I’m a paying customer! The only reason I even purchased from them again is my wife really wanted a bracelet and lock chain that was on sale for the low low, plus I had that discount code that was supposed to be used from the first transaction! I wrote multiple reviews on their website about them lying about free shipping and how they’re customer service never responds to your issue’s no matter what and now I have been blocked from writing reviews now on their site, which is straight bull! Please do yourself a favor and find your chains, necklaces, glasses, and bracelets elsewhere you’ll feel more @ peace in the long run

Recently I purchased a pendant for my son marked at 120 dollars i purchased the pendant and paid for two day shipping they contacted me and said they made a mistake and I had to pay 24 dollars I paid butbi told them it wasn’t right because it was a mistake on there end not on my end they promised me a discount code which I never received and it has now been five days and I still haven’t received and shipping information I look on route they made the purchase for aug 2 this company when I purchased before then I just want what I pay for I paid the extra money like 24 dollars is gonna kill this company and still didn’t get the service I paid for don’t know if I will ever purchase from here again
