KimwigsReviews of kimwigs.com

If only i would have read the reviews before I purchased the 2 wigs, I would have saved myself the money and heartache....if I can give less than 1 star I would!! They were so promising before the purchased when I asked about the return policy and they dont keep to their word. I paid alot of money for the wigs to go back to them adn it is in customs for over 2 weeks already because the company doesnt is supposed to pay taxes for customs and they dont want to do that....i spoke to my mail carrier I sent it with to China and they said I covered the cost from my home to their business in China and the Custom taxes is their responsibility....their response is, if I will pay for customs, then they will get the wigs back...stay away....you will lose your money....They are not trustworthy with their words nor their business

I have been in prolonged e-mail communication with this company about returning the wig. As with other reviewers comments, they require me to return the item to China at my expense. So, for the record, here are the contact details they have sent me (for what I believe they are worth). Xie Xiandong Beishashi Room 0811 8th Floor Changhe Building Changjiang West Road Shushan District Hefei Anhui China 230088 Tel: +86 65670770 The UK registered address of the company is also used by the German 'company' irenekleider.de (a wedding dress company). Reviews on the German site verbraucherschutz.com indicate the company is not to be trusted. Please, please do your research and stay away from this company. If you do get 'stung', please advise the relevant authorities and maybe someone will remove these rogue traders from the web. I live in hope !!

I ordered a wig from this company and was unable to secure a refund after the fit was not becoming. I was advised in the emailed response to my inquiry about how to do the return, that the company was in China and it would be too expensive to return. They offered my a 10% discount on my 75.00 purchase. Buyer beware!

Further to earlier update ##### I have reported this company to Trading Standards (UK)### Anyone who has been scammed please contact TS on 0808 223 1133 and quote ref 16627538. THE MORE COMPLAINTS TS GET THE MORE LIKELY THEY ARE TO GET KIMWIGS BANNED FROM UK TRADING.

Sorry, my mistake I was attempting to review a company that is using your reputation and altering the address slightly

Please please please do not buy from this company!!! I’m 75 years old. I ordered 2 wigs the first showed up 4 weeks later and was awful!! Black strings hang out in front , it was so poorly sewn . And they do not do returns, because the company is in China and it cost $50 to send it back. You pay $50 to return it, they refund 10% . It cost me $85 and if I return it , additional $50 my cost is $135!! they’ll refund a whopping $$13.50 . I requested them to cancel my second order, it all of a sudden was on its way to me. I still do not have a wig I can wear in public. Regrettably Im out $270.00 SCAMMERS!!!

Wish I could put NO stars. Scam. Ordered wig, they sent entirely different one which was shabby to say the least. Paid nearly £100 and they offered 10% refund. I should have checked reviews, my own fault. Please dont order from these people, they are not who they pretend to be.

Ordered a wig then changed mind the same day. They emailed I would get an 80% refund. Later they emailed that there will be no refund.
