KimwigsReviews of kimwigs.com

Unethical company. Do you have buy from them. I purchased awake that was $50 and when it was too small they told me I would have to return it to China and that’s a return would cost over $50. I donated it to people who are struggling with cancer. His company disgusts me

The rating is a big fat zero. Please read the return and refund policy CAREFULLY before buying anything from this unethical company. Kimwigs sent me the wrong color wig, said I could return it at my expense, which they stated was expensive because they looked into it, and they would refund me some amount, not the total amount. I asked for a 50% refund, and they stated it was too much. Another option offered was that once returned, I could purchase another wig at a discounted price. In both instances, they get the wig back to resell again, and you're out the original purchase price plus the exorbitant $50.00 shipping fee, and you still have no wig! I kept the stupid wig for Halloween. KImwigs does not lose, you do.

Stay away. Do not order from this Chinese Company. They will take your money and not give you a refund. They sent me the wrong tracking number in the first place. I tracked the number they gave me and it says my wig was delivered in a different state from where I live. So, apparently this tracking number was another customer’s tracking number that was given to me on my receipt. I contacted Kimwigs and asked for a refund since I did not received it. They did not give me a refund. They said they will look into the shipping and find out where it is. Come to find out my wig was thrown out by the post office since they couldn’t find my address or the senders address. Kimwigs told me to contact the post office about the issue. I had to asked Kimwigs for the correct tracking number in order to bring it up with the post office. If I had gotten the correct tracking number, I could have contacted USPS in time, before they threw it away. Kimwigs will not take the blame for their mistake and refund you the money. I lost $132.00. If I had known that this was a Chinese company, I would never have ordered from them. Very unprofessional business.

THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND EVEN IF YOU MANAGE TO GET YOUR ORDER - MINE HAS BEEN ON ORDER FOR 3 MONTHS AND IVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING OR NO MONEY THEY KEEP STALLING IN EVERY WAY - DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT AN HONEST CUSTOMER

Do not purchase from this company, ever!!! The product took over a month to get here and was an unusable excuse for a wig. The website offers a return form however you cannot obtain a required RMA number from the company to submit it. Correspondence via email finally offered a return with the cost of shipping $50, and international charges that were not disclosed. This scam outfit will be quick to take your order and process your payment but don't expect anything else. Only hope my personal information is safe.

Bad, Bad!! Not sure what type of material. Description says human hair, not so. I ordered the wig online, received it very disappointed. Decided to return for a refund. Sent an email about my return, want a refund. Boxed using LA address on package. Was told by person on email not correct address needed to return to China's address. I only knew about China when I planned to return the wig. Informed person I was using LA address. Since this was a back and forth on email decided to dispute this transaction with credit card co. I got my refund. This was leading to a rip off, I got my refund, shipped package to LA to address on package. Never, Never again!!

I can’t believe these people take money from people with cancer. Seriously I just got taken for 2 hundred and I wish I had done my homework. The wig looks nothing like the pic and I’m sure it’s not even human hair. There is no return address, no way to get your money back. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

I purchased a wig for my sister who is sick and losing her hair. It was terrible. Wouldn't give phone number or address. Wanted $50.00 return fee and you pay shipping and insisted on a pic of the wig. Called the Kimwigs number I found it was here in the in the US told they stole their name and they are located in China a rip off company. Ewsre never order from company that has no phone number or address other app.
