I love the course so far. I've just finished the food and nutrition module and have learnt so much, in addition to the knowledge I already had on the subject. The course is fantastic with the level of detail and it's enhanced my understanding, noticeably. Would highly recommend! I can't wait to continue my learning with the KiloFit Academy!
