SCAM: Fundamentally Unstable Software and Hostile Customer Service
I purchased a 7-day trial of ParkerGPT on KillDebt.com for $99 to assist with pro se civil litigation. The platform is marketed as an advanced AI tool capable of analyzing uploaded court filings via an OCR-enabled "Briefcase" and generating downloadable, state-court-compliant legal pleadings. As an enterprise data and analytics professional who works with AI models daily, my experience with this software revealed severe technical instability and dismissive customer support. Technical Defects & Inoperable Deliverables Severe Client-Side Freezing: Attempting to upload court filings into the "Briefcase" routinely stalled the web interface, requiring repeated browser restarts. Persistent System Aborts: Active prompts frequently returned fatal errors ("Failed to generate Document. There was a problem generating your document. Please try again."), requiring up to 10 prompt retries just to bypass system stalls. Internal Misrouting: Selecting the core "Answer and Counter Claim" generator misdirected within their prompt structure and generated a generic "Cheat Sheet" instead. Mid-Sentence Halts & Hallucinated Files: The AI frequently stopped mid-sentence (e.g., halting at "so the generated......what?"). It repeatedly stated in the chat window that a downloadable Word document was ready, but never actually generated a downloadable file. Audited 61% Failure Rate: An audit of my 18-prompt session revealed an 11 out of 18 failure rate (a 61.1% defect rate). The platform’s own audit confirmed that its primary failure pattern was claiming documents were generated when no downloadable artifact was ever produced. The text that did generate was repetitive, unformatted, and failed to comply with Michigan Court Rule (MCR) notice-pleading standards. Weaponizing Error Logs Against the Customer When I contacted leadership within 24 hours of purchase to report these issues and request a refund, their Director of Marketing refused. Management claimed the system was fully functional because backend logs showed "703,000 characters generated." In data analytics, high character counts and rapid sequential resubmissions are well-known indicators of error-recovery loops and platform friction, not product utility. The high volume was the direct result of me re-prompting the system over and over to bypass crashes and clearing the conversation cache to recover from generation loops. Unprofessional Support & Retaliation In an effort to resolve the matter equitably, I offered a prorated compromise: I offered to pay for the 1 day I attempted to use the platform ($14.14) and requested an $84.85 refund for the 6 unused days of the trial. In response, the Director of Marketing rejected the compromise with personal disdain, writing: "we wont take any request seriously where the complaining person sells out his own position for $84.85." When I posted a factual review regarding this experience, company leadership publicly responded by mocking my last name ("Zpakk (something you take for a bad cold)") and falsely accused me of trying to hold them hostage, while selectively editing their email records in credit card dispute filings. Bottom Line Navigating legal deadlines requires reliable tools and accurate formatting. ParkerGPT proved unstable, failed to deliver the promised downloadable pleadings, and its management responded to documented defect reports with personal hostility. Pro se defendants with time-sensitive court deadlines should look elsewhere.
Response from CollectionStopperMembership, LLCSep 25, 2026
Hi Zach, We're sorry the trial didn't meet your expectations. For anyone reading: KillDebt's tools are built to help pro se defendants prepare their responses, and our support team is available throughout every membership, including trials. If a document fails to generate or the platform isn't working as expected, please contact support right away so we can look into it while you're still working. We didn't receive a support request during this trial. As the review itself mentions, the conversations from this trial were deleted by this member before the refund request. Those conversations were the record of the documents the platform generated and delivered during the trial. Trial terms, including our refund policy, are shown and agreed to at checkout. Because this charge is currently under review with the cardholder's bank, we'll let that process decide it. We wish you the best with your case. — The KillDebt Team
