Kiesel GuitarsReviews of kieselguitars.com

Amazing guitar, amazing service! As a UK customer importing a Jason Becker numbers model from Kiesel in California, I have to admit I was slightly nervous about the shipping, whether it would get here OK and how I would deal with import taxes etc. as well as the fact it is nearly impossible to try these guitars out in the UK first. I shouldn't have worried. The guitar arrived very quickly, Fedex kept me updated about import costs through email and text, and most important of all, the guitar arrived very well protected and instantly played beautifully with no tweaking required at all! For any non-US customers thinking about buying a Kiesel guitar, from my experience, do it. You won't regret it!

Ordered a Kiesel Vador w/ black finish and hardware and was told 10 to 14 weeks build time. Had it in my hands at ten weeks. Craftsmanship is precision and the finish looks awesome. The ease of playability as well as the intonation are top notch.

The luthiers at Kiesel Custom Guitars are highly skilled and true masters. The instrument I bought is beautiful, with excellent build-quality, playability, and sound. In addition, I had great customer service experiences with both the customer service manager and accounting manager. And if that’s not enough to convince you to buy one of their guitars, which I highly recommend, their roster of artists who play Kiesel Custom Guitars, including virtuosos, Allan Holdsworth, Frank Gambale, Jason Becker, Greg Howe, etc., should be.

I have had 3 kiesel guitars built for me over the few months and wow the quality is insane and they play perfectly out of the box. Contacted them on facebook to say how happy I am with my builds and they always messaged me back so all in all can’t say enough good things about kiesel. I will definitely be ordering more guitars from them. 5 stars for the kiesel team

Bought a semi-affordable, completely custom guitar and received a beautiful instrument that was perfectly set up. I have played Gibson and Fender custom shops before and they suck compared to my Kiesel Aeries.
