Placed an order on October 14th for Christmas pajamas.. have not received them and get bullcrap responses from the customer service emails. I want my money back at this point, and the pajamas if i do ever receive them.. it will probably be after Christmas and my children will not fit them next year. This place is definitely a SCAM

Less than 1 star. Ordered October 24 and has not arrived and feeling like I've been scammed. I can not get a hold of a human being. Looking up tracking number and there aren't any couriers who use an 18 fidget code. I will be fighting amount charged to my credit card.

Ordered Oct 12, 2023 and still have not received and can't get a hold of anyone from kids-angel. My tracking says it has been in Indianapolis since 11-10-23. Ugh! so upset. I just want my darn PJ's for the holidays. I thought by ordering by Oct i would have by december atleast. Not too much to ask.

I ordered matching Jammie’s for all my grandkids the first of October! I still haven’t received them and have sent many emails with a robotic reply!!! I am so upset that I trusted this company and they have failed me and won’t even have someone contact me!

Ordered Oct 9th as of 11/21 have not received. tracking number not good.

Order placed on October 4th and as of November 20 I still have not received my items. The tracker provided doesn't work . Unable to track where package is. I will be filing a complaint with pay pal for a full refund if order is not received by the end of this week. Will never order from this site again.

I ordered two pairs of pjs for grandsons so I could use for picture for Xmas ornament. I ordered on October 11. As of today November 19 they have not arrived!! I have had several attempts to contact the company and have been told they are in transit. More then exasperated!!
