Placed order on 10-31-23 for Christmas pajamas and still have not received. Sent email on 11-28 for status as no tracking info available. Received email stating that they sent request for shipping update and would let me know when they got one. No update received. At this point it appears as if they are a SCAM. I have requested $ back.

Ditto to 99% of the reviews. Ordered in October, no PJs, no way to contact them. So frustrated! Going to ask AmEx to cite as scam, refund $$$.

Like so many others here, ordered matching pajamas for my grandchildren and scarves for my dogs back in October and, so far, have received nothing and can’t even contact the company via email. Keeps asking for a phone number, but won’t accept anything I enter on the line. Package has been in “Buffalo” since mid November. Sad that you just can’t trust anyone anymore even if they are just selling kids pajamas.

I wish there was a minus rating!!! They suckered me out of 180.00 Ordered family matching pj’s for Christmas back in October and here we are and no product!!! Last tracking was Nov 26th and was 3 ½ hrs away. BS!! !!SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Ordered in mid October as many other reviewers on here as well, so the kids could have their matching Christmas pajamas. Here we are 20 days away from Christmas and still no sign of Christmas Pajamas anywhere. The tracking on the items is not great and getting a actual response from a non automated system is useless. Definitely seems like a scam.
