Needed gift wrap and card and couldn’t locate availability on their site. Also slow....ordered on 7/31 and now package/gift still not there with expected delivery 8/11!!!!

Hello, We apologize that you have not yet received your package! We have refunded you for the price you paid for ground shipping. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping options. When checking out, there is an option to add a gift message! When you have all of the items in your cart, click on the cart icon, and a window will pop up that displays your items. Beneath those items is a "Gift Message" box that you can type a message into! We thank you for your feedback and will work on making the gift message box more visible in future website designs!
