the loan was smooth, and we closed timely

As a newer real estate investor to fix and flips, but not new to investing, I researched Kiavi online because one of our investors chose the lenders we were applying with for our financing. I chose a broker lender and their rates and points were off the charts. They were dropped right away from our applications. Kiavi had mixed reviews online. I was nervous. And our partner Agustin controlled most of the correspondence with Kiavi's representatives. Kiavi provided clear instructions. Their website and client portal were easy to access. The instructions once on the portal were logical in sequence. Customer service representatives were relatively easy to contact. With 4 partners we were a risk for Kiavi. We provided expert documentation, data and logical comparable sales supporting value. This showed we do know and understand the market we were investing in. Our representative Zach Berry really watched over this deal. He asked pertinent questions relative to us qualifying and moved our loan forward. He made himself available to us if we needed clarification or had any questions. What was initially a nerve racking, nail biting deal, became an experience we all appreciate so much in the end. A very satisfying loan experience step 1 through closing. Thank you Zach Berry and team!

Had to switch lenders in the middle of the race and Kiavi got it done within a week while the other lender had over a month. Not only that but they gave me much better terms. I will not be working with anyone else.
