Overall a great experience with Kiavi! The process was easy and transparent. Love their portal and how user friendly it is. But the best at Kiavi are the people! Austin Lornson, my customer experience manager, is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and a great communicator! Megan Farr, my loan analyst, is detail oriented, responsible and fast! Working with Kiavi has been an amazing experience, but specifically working with Austin Lornson. He has been transperent, professional, and outstanding since day one. From the first time I spoke to him and the way he explained the process with Kiavi, I knew I was going to do business with him. Nowadays, is very hard to find people who are committed with their professions or jobs. You call Austin any time if you have questions and if he doesn’t answer, within minutes you get a call back. I’ve worked with lenders who are not responsive at all, and they just answer the first time to get your information and the a few days before the closing. Austin answers any time you need him. I wrote a previous review for Kiavi that was also five stars, but I wanted to go back and mention Mrs. Valeria Merlos because her service was so impeccable. She always answered when I called with a question. If she couldn’t answer, she would get right back with me with a solution. If I had to leave a voicemail, I could be sure that she would call me back in a few minutes. This lady is a big part of what makes this company great.
