I own Unstoppable Funding LLC. We broker loans specifically in the Investment and fix and flip space. As such we work with many lenders in this capacity. We have closed hundreds of loans with Kiavi at this point. Our Account executive Kate Zanobini, Has always been super helpful as well as the entire team. We don't always agree with every decision. But we do feel that they work hard to adjust and accommodate when possible. But the consistency has given us a lot stability needed to scale and grow our business. Recently we had a loan a purchase for which we only received the application on March 3/2025 But had a very short window to close initially we were told 3/14 it had to close and disburse. This project included over 100,000 of rehab. The purchase agreement we were initially given was incorrect and Title had not even been started and it was also a double close. We had to get the purchase agreement corrected as the one we had was completely unreadable and we did not have this until Thursday 3/06/2025 However when we received it the closing date was now required at 3/07/2025. and Kate had to be called out of the office. However the rest of her team dug in and got this file cleared and UW and disbursed and saved the day. Special thank you to Kaliah K. and Carmelisa K. and also Brendon J. This may not seem like much but for us we are a relationship based broker and this deal was very important to our client and was key for them.
