Been working with Alec for a few years now it’s been a great experience all around. He’s just one phone call away, if he’s on the other like he always calls me back or text me right away, he’s always on top of all my files to make sure we close on time and all docs are good to go. Kiavi has one of the most transparent loan portals I’ve used and I’ve used many different lenders for my investment properties. The service team was quick to respond and on top of their updates. I love the speed to getting things done and communication to make sure timelines are met between all parties. I’m impressed and I’ve already started 2 more loans with them because of how good their processes are.
