Kiavi has been very helpful in providing funding for my fix and flip projects. Greg Deverts specifically was great to work with as well as the entire Kiavi team that I have had the opportunity to work with. Would definitely recommend if looking for a quality lender for flip projects.

Good experience up until the appraisal.

We had a really good experience with Kiavi for our Fix and Flip. Getting our company set up was pretty easy. But getting our first loan closed was a bit difficult. The approval process took longer than expected and funds were dispersed later than we had hoped. We're still going to use Kiavi for future Fix and Flips.

Pretty good experience with Kiavi. Super easy to get the loan, and I was super impressed. Pretty easy to work with after that. If the project goes long or your house takes longe to sell though, watch out! They charged me 2% extension fee for a 3 month extension.

great from the starting process and everyone seem very knowledgeable my request is during the site inspections some delaying some with communication but overall great job.

Pro's - easy to work with, competitive rates for flips. Easiest loan application process I have been through for a rental loan. Cons - Interest rates are very high for rentals, the draw process for flips is extremely slow. On my last project by the time I got my first draw I was ready for my second. I was more than $40k into my rehab by the time I got my first draw.

all in all a good experience with Kiavi and my first hard money loan, however, I feel with the first draw, even though it was somewhat explained to me beforehand, could’ve gone a little bit smoother if I knew exactly what I needed to do, such as when not being able to get my lein waiver signed through the document app
