All KIAVI employees the one involve for this loan they are very professional and how to handle the customer service plus to finish the loan on time everything is very good I have a plan to keep working with your company but. I know I have very excellent credit score with work experience but the one you give me interest rate is very very high (11.5) and I accepted because I don't have time to find another lender at the last minute and the origination fee is 2% that is too much from the all amount of the loan anyway maybe this is my 1st time loan with you but for the next time when I have good relations (reputation) you are gone give me a bater rate except that everything is very good thank you so much
