To create an account - stress, to put in money - very easy, but to withdraw - a huge pain, how exactly is this encouraging? I reached out to their customer support team concerning the withdrawal issue i was having and as you've guessed, i didn't get any response. The professionals in my DP resolved the issue and returned my money to me.

I was getting an error message in the process of doing my KYC. My BVN was generating my full name but for some strange reason, the system kept saying the "verification failed". I reached out to their support about the issue. A person named Chidera responded very rudely and dismissively, telling me to "try again later". There was no explanation as to what was going on. They didn't even bother to ask for details about the error message I was getting. When I tried to explain more they simply ignored me.
