Horrible Service
After spending thousands of dollars troubleshooting a severe vehicle shake, it was determined that the issue is caused by the non-self-centering stud holes on the outer dually wheel. There is approximately a 1/4-inch difference in size, making it impossible to properly center the outer wheel with the inner wheel. This defect makes the vehicle unbearable to drive. When I contacted your team, Sales Manager Kelly A. informed me that the holes are not an exact fit to your hubs and that I would need to purchase a spacer to resolve the shaking. When I asked why a required component for a known fitment issue is not included with the wheels, she declined to explain, failed to offer a resolution, and directed me back to the dealer. Expecting a customer to pay out-of-pocket for a spacer to fix an inherent design flaw on a $10,000 product is unacceptable. While the design of the wheels is visually appealing, the current functional defect and lack of support are entirely unreasonable.
