They are very professional at K&F
Customer service was quick and efficient. They were very professional on the phone and responded to emails promptly. They were very helpful in addressing my lens filter issues and I am satisfied with their response.

Made good on product that failed
I had my monopod head that failed for 32 days which was 2 days out of the 30 day window for return on Amazon. Reached out to these folks and they shipped me a replacement. Arrived today, Grateful.

Simple Process, Fast Service
I had purchased a geared tripod head and it failed after about a year. K&F fulfilled the warranty with a very simple process, and they're shipping a new geared head my direction! Simple process, and fast service.
