Amazing service from K&H
I purchased a K&H geared tripod head, the product itself is a game changer for me, i fell in love with landscape photography all over again. However there was an issue with the product and I reached out to K&F and they were very responsive and sent me a replacement part. I love their products and their amazing customer service too.

Great customer service
I originally purchased a VND Filter for Osmo Pocket 3 but received the CPL instead. Immediately upon contacting K&F and providing proof, they made up for their effort. I now have the correct item to use for my upcoming vlogs. Will update review as soon as I've started to use it.

Die Qualität überzeugt mich jedes Mal aufs Neue: sauber verarbeitet, zuverlässig und durchdacht. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich top und die Lieferung ging auch immer schnell. Great service
Ordered some ND filters for my drone. One got damaged during transport. I contacted the support and they sent out a replacement right away. Great service, also the quality of the filters is very good.
