Diffusion filters + Articulating Arm
After previously purchasing a set of mist diffusion filters from K&F concept, they’ve completed elevated my film making. Recently, I purchased an articulating arm to attach a light to my camera, and there was a minor defect on the original articulating arm. I reached out to customer support and they promptly sent me a replacement, and have continued to keep in contact to ensure that everything is working fine. This is a company I would place my trust in, and their customer service is always just an email away.

I ordered a K&F tripod on Amazon…
I ordered a K&F tripod on Amazon recently and was quite impressed by the quality of its design. This is a very solid tripod and very sturdy out in the field. A very well made product. I did however find that the tripod release plate had not been shipped with the tripod. I contacted customer support and within a day or two they had two release plates shipped to me at no charge. I received the plates a week later. Outstanding customer service from this company. I was quite impressed. Overall this is one amazing product and I would recommend it to others based on the price point, its sturdy design, how light it is, and how well it works out in the field. Great job K&F.
