Excellent customer service
I had an issue with the ballhead on my tripod and reached out to K&F Concept support. Their team responded promptly, guided me through the process, and resolved the issue quickly under warranty. A truly serious and professional…
A truly serious and professional company... I had a compatibility issue with my camera lenses, and after immediately trying to resolve it, unfortunately without success, they immediately refunded me. Few companies are so serious! Total satisfaction.

I'm from Kazakhstan. I had to buy one of variable nd cpl filter, in my country, but the product was with the small scratch on it. so I decided to write directly to kfconcept site, and they send me another one, new filter. the feedback was really fast and positive. thnx to them! wish all goodness

Super after-sales support
I have no other words to describe their after-sales support. At first, I had some doubts that I won't get noticed because it's just a small item. And just as I thought, after sending a message to their agent, I was redirected to a more specific after-sales email. Still, I sent my concern just it case. And to my surprise, they replied to my email. They asked for my purchase details, we exchanged emails, and then I was told that they'll send a replacement! Now, that's something you don't always get.
