K&F = Great Products + Great Customer Support
I had a defect piece of equipment (part 1 of 2) and I contacted the K&F Customer Support. After sending pictures of the defect part, they send me a full replacement kit quickly. WoW! Thank you K&F !

Excellent service

A Top Quality Company
Excellent customer service. I purchased a tripod which came with a bag. Had a little trouble with the zip breaking, this being over a year after purchase, but K & F Concept were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement bag. Very good customer service and a pleasant change to converse with an actual human being instead of the dreaded AI looping automatons that seem to be infesting every customer service experience nowadays. Highly recommend K & F Concept. A quality company

They actually listen!
