I bought a 95mm polarize filter for my…
I bought a 95mm polarize filter for my Nikkor 180-600mm. Some how I busted my filter totally my fault BUT. I contacted K&F and they responded with sending me another absolutely free. Best customer service ever and they got back to me in less than 24hrs about it. I was super impressed especially since it was my fault but I’m glad I reached out instead of paying for another one!

Unfortunately I got sent a wrong…
Unfortunately I got sent a wrong step-up ring that I purchased and required for an upcoming wedding I was doing. I had some stressful times with emails to sort out the problem which I understand was needed. Nevertheless they sorted out as quickly as possible and gave a part refund on the product as a thank you. Worth dealing with.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I need a replacement screw for my tripod head. I reached out to the company and told them what I was dealing with. They ended up sending me an entire new tripod head since I was still under warranty. I couldn’t believe it. I will continue to purchase all my camera needs with K&F Concept.

Great company to deal with
Ordered a new bag to take new camera gear. It arrived quickly and my new equipment fit perfectly after a little configuration. The the movable inserts are very well made and the bag is light but still well padded. Had a small issue with the order which was quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend this company.
