K&F Concept very quick to resolve
K&F Concept were very quickly able to identify that my item was faulty and send out a replacement very quickly. I have purchased a lot of K&F products and this is the first time I have had any issue with the products.

Very efficient help service
I needed a simple screw (to attach to the central pillar of the tripod). Had no clue where I could get it. They helped my right away and offered me a simple and reasonable solution. Cheqp and effective! So that I can continue to use my tripod which is great!

Excellent products & Excellent support
I Purchased a K&F ND filter in 2 sizes and a K&F circular polarizing filter with different adapters. I had a small issue with one of the adapters. I contacted the K&F customer service and they promptly resolved my problem. I am very happy with the excellent products and an excellent customer support.

I got the product. Fell in love it broke and they fixed it
I got the product and decided this is what I have been looking for. Had an issue it would not tilt up. I reached out and they helped me right away. I’m putting another one on my smaller tripod. Can’t wait to replace the defective one. Will have to send it back so they can see if there is any way to improve Will buy again
