Great service. Good company.
I had an issue with an ND CPL filter that I purchased on Amazon. The issue occurred months after I purchased it. I reached out to tell them about the design flaw which caused the filter to get damaged during use. They responded immediately, asked me for some more information to help them with the design flaw, and collected my address. After that they sent me mail that my replacement filter was on the way. It should be here in 3 days. Very attentive service. Great companies stand behind their products. Great job K&F Concept.

excellent staff
I'm super happy with the customer support staff here. I had an issue with an old product that was out of warranty, and they were under no obligation to help me with it. But the staff went above and beyond to get me sorted in a timely manner. I'd also like to add that everyone who helped me was very nice and professional.

I would recommend 100%!!
I ordered the wrong size of the lens by accident and couldn't return it in time. But K&F concept was very very kind and helpful and just sended me a lens with the correct size! I'm really grateful about that and would absolutely recommend ordering their products! Also the products have a really great quality and it's really fun to work with then. Acquistato la testa a movimento micrometrico basandomi su recensioni di you tube e appena l`ho montata sul cavalletto mi sono reso conto che è molto bella , sia come design sia come costruzione , tutta in metallo che per un uso in esterno è sintomo di longevità , anche la piastra Arca che se non di buona fattura di solito da problemi ( reflex che si muove su di essa ) è molto stabile . Ottima assistenza per risolvere un mio problema , veloce e gentile
