We had a run in issue with a product. Customer support is by far the best experience our company has dealt with! 10/10. With no hesitation or run arounds they had solved the situation in literal minutes. Couldn’t be anymore happier with the company just another reason I shop with K&F nothing but quality between service and products

Excellent Service and Fast Solution!
I encountered a small issue with a product from this brand, and when I emailed them, they responded immediately. They even took my briefs into account and redeveloped the product from scratch. They replied very quickly to everything I wrote. I had already started using the first batches of all their products, and the bags are amazing. With this product as well, they redeveloped it from scratch and sent it to me again. I’m very grateful.
