Great service just over a small handle
Lost a handle for a tripod which i had bought a couple months ago which was crucial for operating the tripod normally. I contacted support and they were quick to respond and even offered to ship over the handle to me, which is surprising and a great help from the company. Would be confident buying any other products from them that should anything happen they’ll be able to help.

I had an issue with a tipod breaking…
I had an issue with a tipod breaking fresh out of the package. Customer service was great, and got a new one out to me very y quickly.

Defective bag issue resolved promptly
Purchased a camera bag from an online retailer that came defective. Emailed k&f support and they sent a replacement.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service, sending videos, asking questions and straight going to help the customer. It does have some delay I believe for the time zone but still pretty consistent with the response.

Faulty item replacement
I purchased a ball head for my tripod and, after several month, during a holiday trip, I discovered it was faulty since one of the locking mechanism did not work. I wrote to costumer service and they offered to replace the item for free.

Had a problem with a gimbal
Had a problem with a gimbal. Customer service was awesome. Probably the best customer help I have ever received. I truly appreciate their assistance in this matter. I have purchased several thousand dollars of there equipment over the years and this was the first time I ever needed their help...Their equipment is top notch.

Great customer service
I bought several k&f products as I got into photography and videography. Most products are great quality. However I had a small issue with the batteries that I purchased and also a cpl. Upon contacting customer service, they offered refunds or replacement for the damaged products which I regard as great customer service. Kudos to the team for handling this professionally.

Customer service was great
K&F worked with me to figure out a nuanced issue and formulated a way by which to address it with their full support. The customer support team put their best foot forward and because of that I no longer see K&F as a simple option but as a trusted company.
