Customer Service for the win
I ordered three batteries and a charger for my Sony a7iv about a year ago. I just had one battery fail. I contacted K&F just to see if this has been a problem. I wasn’t trying to get anything, but their customer service sent me a new battery! I wasn’t trying blown away. I’ll keep using K & F with that kind of service! Definitely not what I’ve come to expect from other companies!!

I had bought a tripod from Amazon a…
I had bought a tripod from Amazon a couple of months ago after doing hours of research. A few days ago while I was recording a video, somehow one of my tripod legs broke from the hinge... I was worried that I would have to buy a whole new tripod for just a plastic piece. I thought of contacting the customer support team with no hope. However to my surprise they were prompt to help me and so helpful!!!! I can't recommend K&F enough to my fellow videographers... they are best at their customer service and the tripod I had bought was my best ever descion!!!

great tripods!
When I first received their tripod I absolutely loved it!!! It’s affordable, practical and sturdy! Unfortunately one of the legs was bad so I reached out to K&F concept and they sent a replacement. Wonderful customer service. I recommend!

High quality parts, fantastic customer support
Products are very quality and durable. O ring on "Magic Arm" ball heads completely prevents slippage under load without having to crank down clamps. But even more important, K&F has fantastically responsive customer service. Threads on one end of my Magic Arm didn't seat into other parts correctly, they very quickly sent out a complete replacement arm, even though I just needed the threaded ball head end. Have never had an issue with any of my other K&F products. Would highly recommend.
